Description: House on the lake and in town access to restaurants is a rarity for lake rentals. Great for families with children. Shallow swim area and large lawn means hours of fun. The upstairs has 2 window air conditioners and one on the main level though there is little need for it when you are this close to the lake. A sun porch offers extra space for the kids to play if the weather turns cool. A washer and dryer allow you continue playing on the lake and avoid the laudrymat. Both full baths are on the main floor as well as one bedroom. When needed the extra sleeper provides space for 2 more. This home is on the north west side of the lake within the town limits and walking distance to the Marmont restaurant. A boat lift is available and holds up to a 22 foot ski boat up to 4000lbs. A pontoon boat would require a hoist be rented from a marina. Cottage closes Sept 25. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, CLEANING FEE & DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED
