The home is very children friendly with a gated deck. This deck is quite large and is above boat house offering a great view with plenty of room. An outdoor gas grill keeps you out of the kitchen. The only stairs in this home are from the deck to the pier. The master bedroom has a full bath with shower. Bath in hall offers a tub/shower unit. 2nd bedroom has 4 twins as bunk beds. 3rd bedroom is another queen. No shortage of comfort with this home. A seperate bedroom and bath located in the garage are available dring summer months. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, CLEANING FEE & DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED
