Ceiling fans are located in both the living and bedroom along with 2 window air conditioners. Cooking outdoors is a treat with the large deck, gas grill, outdoor seating for 4 and it's lake view. The decor is country cottage. It's location to the Academy and Lake will make this a very popular rental. NO SMOKING NO PETS CLEANING FEE AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED

May Reunion: $700.00 for 3 night stay
Winter School Graduation: $1100.00 for 5 night stay
Monthly: 9 month rental of $550/month + utilities
for Academy school year.
