Description: If you have children you will love this one. The fenced in back yard is wonderful for keeping the kids in one place. No deep drop offs with a sea wall. This home has a sandy shorline for their pier across the street. Recently built in the late 90's so everything is modern. Hardwood floors and spacious rooms make this a wonderful vacation home. This is truely a family friendly home. Dock space is not available although swimming is. The sleeping dorm gives plenty of space for kids with 8 singles but is not included in the standard rental. This room is keptlocked and arranges must be made at time of booking if you want access to the dorm room. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, CLEANING FEE & DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED
