The small formal dining room overlooks the patio through French Doors. Only this portion of the home has central air and heat.
After the dining room we enter the second living room and sun porch. 2 more bedrooms share a bath. The 4th bedroom has a private bath and patio doors leading to the lakeside deck. This deck joins the main with casual seating and a dining table with umbrella. The view is spectacular. This portion of the home does not have heating or cooling. It is used primarily from Spring thru Fall and closed during the winter. The patio is shaded and leads to the steps that take you down to the home's own sandy beach.
