Description: This family compound has 2 homes that rent together to sleep 33 or may be rented seperately. They have a large parking area and extra space across the street. The lake house is number 92 and the back house is 93. The following description is for the back house. Home is heated and open year round. 2 living rooms (1 with fireplace) mean plenty of space. Dining table seats 8. Spacious main floor bedroom has a TV/VCR and king bed. Full bath on both the main and 2nd level. 2 bedrooms each have 3 twins and one is a pass thru. The 3rd bedroom is very large with 2 twins. All bedrooms have window A/C.
The laundry is in a seperate building between the two homes. If homes are rented seperately this would be shared as well as the parking area that holds 10 cars.
The cleaning fee is deducted from the security deposit on this home.

Spring or Fall Parent's Weekend: $1200 for 3 night stay
May Reunion: $2500 for 3 night stay
Winter School Graduation: $2800 for 5 night stay
Not available first week of August.
Limited summer rental.
Rental of #92 & #93 together
May Reunion: $5000 for 3 night stay
Winter School Graduation: $6500 for 5 night stay
Fall or Spring Parents Weekend: $2700 for 3 night stay
