Can I bring my pets? ^ Top

Some of our rentals allow pets, while others do not. To learn which properties are pet-friendly, browse through our current listings details, or call our main office: 574-842-5211.

Is smoking allowed? ^ Top
Smoking is not allowed in any of our properties.
When is check-in, check-out? ^ Top

Check in/out: Check in is 3pm and check out is 11 am, unless otherwise stated in the contract.  Prior arrangements must be made for arrivals after 5pm.  Keys must be picked up and returned to the rental office.

Where do I check-in, check-out? ^ Top

The Culver Reservations office is located inside Gail's at
106 S. Main Street, Culver, IN 46511.  Keys must be picked up and returned to the rental office.

How do I get the keys? ^ Top

The office at 106 S. Main St. closes at 5:00pm.  Keys must be picked up prior to 5pm.  Carry the address of the property and our 24hr phone number with your travel documents 574-842-5211. If arriving after 5pm you will need to make arrangements for a late check in prior to arrival day.  

How old do I have to be to rent a unit? ^ Top

Renter must be 25 years old. No child should be left with keys alone or may pick up keys without an adult present.

Who should I conntact in case of an emergency? ^ Top

In case of emergency, always dial: 911
For property damage (leaks, heating and air conditioning problems, disrepair, etc. contact maintenance person listed in your room directory or housekeeping at 574-842-5211
Culver Fire Department: 911
Culver Police Department: 911  Ambulance 911

           Do I get my security deposit back?

         The security deposit held will be applied by Culver Reservations to the following incurred during the lease period: costs of any damages, extra cleaning deemed necessary to return the unit to clean rentable condition, unpaid long-distance telephone bills, and other expenses of Culver Reservations as a result of Guest's/Renter's occupancy of the unit. Any additional expenses will be billed to the Guest/Renter with 30 days subsequent to the lease period.
