Rental Home Policy

 

Condominiums & Apartments Policy

RENTAL HOME + CONDOMINIUM POLICY:

Rate Includes: rental of unit, utilities, and departure cleaning of normal use. A 7% state sales tax and security deposit will be added. Cleaning fees vary per property and may be an additional charge to rental or deduction from security deposit.

 A booking is not confirmed until a contract has been signed and returned with a down payment equal to at least half the total cost of the rental. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.    Personal check may be used if received at least 30 days prior to arrival.  If less than 30 days remain prior to arrival the payment must be in the following form:  certified or cashiers check, money order or cash. 

Cancellations: We reccommend confirming both bookings and cancellations thru email at: info@culverreservations.com or by clicking here to visit the contact page on this website.   Refunds granted if a confirmed contract renter is secured again.

 

Renter must be 25 years old. No child should be left with keys or may pick up keys without an adult present. Minors must be accompanied by adult in units at all times.

Check in/out: Check in is 3pm and check out is 11 am, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

NO PETS unless home is listed as "pet friendly" on website.

No boats, campers, or trailers are allowed to park in the Bayside, Harbour or Beachview Condominium parking lots.

None of our properties are ADA-compliant.

Damages/Repair:

NO SMOKING IN UNITS. If smoking is discovered, a cleaning fee of $350.00 will be charged. This fee returns the unit to non-smoking status and covers the costs of washing walls, steam-cleaning all curtains, bedspreads, upholstery and carpet.

Lock change for missing key is minimum of $125.00. Avoid this fee by returning  the key  to the Culver Reservations rental office.

 

BEACHVIEW CONDOMINIUM & APARTMENTS POLICY:

Rate Includes: rental of unit, utilities, and departure cleaning of normal use. A 7% state sales tax will be added.

Cancellations: There will be no fee for cancelling 15 days prior to arrival unless it is a Special Event (Parent's Wknd, Reunion, Graduation, 1st Permits, Lakefest). We recommend confirming both bookings and cancellations through email at: info@culverreservations.com or by clicking here to visit the contact page on this website. A $30 administration fee will be charged for cancellations less than 15 prior to arrival. Weekday rate is Sundays through Thursdays. Weekend rate is Friday and Saturday and holidays of New Years eve and New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve and Christmas Day

Occupancy: 4 person maximum in any apartment.
