It is located on a quiet street close to restaurants and the park. A small covered deck on the back allows for relaxation during the summer with privacy. No smoking or pets allowed in this lovely home.
Rents: Year Round, Special Events, Weekly, 2 night minimum.

3 nights: $500.00
5 nights: $750.00
1 week: $1000.00
July weekends: $750.00 for 3 nights & $100 extra nights
July weekly: $1200.00
Winter Rates: $125.00 per night
Spring & Fall Parent's Weekend: $750.00 for 3 night stay
